• From June till Labor Day weekend, in general the cabins will only be rented by the week. Due to cancellations however, we sometimes do have availability for alternative periods.
• Weekly rentals are from Monday to Sunday, unless otherwise agreed.
• Weekend rentals are Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
• For holiday periods we do require;
  • 4 night minimum for Easter and New Year.
  • 4 night minimum for Christmas and Thanksgiving.

• The 6% WV lodging tax.
• The 6% WV sales tax.
• We do charge a $50 cleaning fee.
• A $250 security deposit which will be refunded a 100% after check out. The deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure.
• Cancellation fees. (See policies).
• When renting the cabins for more than 6 persons per cabin, we charge $15 per person. However in such a case, you would have to provide your own sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses and linens.

• $175 at time of booking.
• 100% payment including the cleaning fee and Security deposit, two weeks before arrival.
• When booking within three weeks before arrival 100%

• For rental periods of more than one week, we will allow for a discounted price. Please inquire.
• When you are a returning guest, there will be a 5% discount on the rental price.
• We pay a 5% referral fee. Please let us know.

• Bookings can be confirmed one year ahead of time, guaranteeing quoted rate.
• Check in time 4 PM. Check out time 10.30 AM. Other check in / out times possible, just ask.

• We have a beautiful Spa on the premises, as well as a luxurious Bed and Breakfast and delicious BBQ and Steak Restaurant. Brandon's BBQ is open seasonally, and the Nostalgia Inn B&B is available year round for additional guests who may be traveling with you.
• We offer a $10 discount on any spa treatment for guests.
• We can also purchase and stock supplies for your day or two. Just tell us what you need, such as coffee, eggs, bread, butter, etc, and we will have them waiting for you. We can also have luncheon meats, steaks, potatoes, and salad ingredients if you wish. Shopping services start at $50. The closest places to purchase grocery items are in Hinton and Princeton, each about 30 minutes by car.
