At Pipestem Spa, we want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and pampered. All of our services, (Massage, Facials, Body Wraps, Electric Acupuncture, and Energy Healing Treatments) are the same price. We do not charge extra for deep tissue, hot stones, special serums or anything else. Just let us know what you want, and we will try our best to create the perfect treatment for you.

Massage/Facial/Mineral Soak- Relaxing Swedish Aromatherapy Massage, Pampering European Facial, and Mineral Soak (or Fragrant Bubble Bath) 3 treatments for $175

Bodywrap/Facial/Mineral Soak - Customized Body Wrap (Moor Mud, Dead Sea Mud, French Green Clay, Seaweeds, and other organic plant extracts) with Vichy Shower (soothing warm gentle rain during your treatment), Pampering Aromatherapy Facial (includes scalp and neck massage) and Mineral Soak (or Fragrant Bubble Bath) 3 treatments for $150

Princess Package - Our most luxurious and special treatment. Enjoy a deeply Relaxing Swedish Aromatherapy Massage, Pampering European Facial, Customized Body Wrap with Vichy Shower (soothing warm gentle rain during your treatment), Mineral Soak (or Fragrant Bubble Bath) and a light lunch with herbal tea. 4 treatments for $250

Couples Massage - Our most popular treatment! Two people receive their massages in our beautiful Couples Massage Room, with soft music, candles, aromatherapy, hot stones, heated tables, and soothing, pampering massage. After your massage, slip on a freshly laundered robe and slippers, and enjoy a cup of tea in our Relaxation Room, while we prepare a customized bath for you. $195 (or $180 without Bubble Bath/Mineral Soak)

Gift Certificates

Beautiful Customized Gift Certificates are available for any package or service. We can mail the Gift Certificate to you, or directly to the lucky Recipient. (Gift certificates have no expiration date, and are transferable, but not refundable).

Refund / Cancellation Policy

We are a small, intimate Spa and when you make a reservation, we prepare for your arrival with great care. We reserve a therapist and ample time just for your needs. We need time to make adjustments to our schedule. If you must cancel, kindly give us a minimum of 3 days notice.

To cancel, please call the spa, 24/7 and leave a message. 304-466-1767.

All Spa Services are reserved with a $50 deposit and we accept credit cards, checks and cash. If you cancel your service reservation with at least 3 days notice, your $50 deposit will be fully refunded.

If you cancel with LESS than 24 hours, or for "No Shows", there are no refunds and we do not refund the $50 booking fee.
