Headliner: Tim Kidd

Video: https://www.youtube.com/embed/wDLga2izKn8

From Louisville, Kentucky comes the charming hooligan, Tim Kidd. Described as an ADHD monkey who needs his Ritalin and a non-conformist since his youth, Tim's tumultuous relationship with authority developed early on. His childlike exuberance and high octane-fueled stage presence delivers a fast paced record of his life from a hysterical point of view. He is as unpredictable as he is hilarious, always edgy but never vulgar. A powerhouse with quick wit, edgy material and a unique outlook on life that makes every show feel like a rock concert! Tim Kidd is the embodiment of everyone's imaginary friend, except now... he's all grown-up.

Opening Act: Blayr Nias

Blayr Nias is not your average female comic. She lives by the credo "If you can't be a good example, then you'll have to be a horrible warning." When she hits the stage it's with manic energy, high octane humor, and her trademark mega-watt smile giving her the nickname "GummyBlayr". Winning audiences over across the country with a dynamic stage presence, she shares tales of her misadventures as 'the bad girl next door'. This Massachusetts native graduated from the George Washington University with a degree in Theater and Creative Writing. She performs at comedy clubs, corporate events, and colleges and universities such as West Virginia University and University of Kentucky. She has opened for Natasha Leggero, Ralphie May, Broken Lizzard (Steve Lemme and Kevin Heffernan) Josh Wolf, Tom Simmons, Chris Kattan, Neal Brennan, Chris Franjola, Jon Reep, Jamie Kennedy, Tom Green, and DL Hughley. She has lived in the South for the past 10 years giving her a unique blend of Northern Aggression and Southern Charm.

In 2012 she was featured in the Pink Collar Comedy Tour at the Piccolo Spoletto Festival in Charleston, SC and performed in the Laugh Your Asheville Off Festival in Asheville, NC headlined by Jim Gaffigan. She was a featured artist in the Charlotte Video Project, a collection of short films about the culture of the city.

Opening Act: Mary Asher

Adopted at 3 days old into a skinny family this chubby little girl developed a sense of humor at a very early age. It would serve her well as she ventured out into the world. She grew up an Army Brat which took her from Alaska to Maryland and many places in between. This gave her an opportunity to see the world from many different perspectives and helped her to never meet a stranger. As a child constantly transferring from school to school she soon found out that if she made her class mates laugh then she would be accepted as one of them. The perpetual class clown throughout school got her nominated in her senior year as, “Never To Be Forgotten”. Prior to going pro, people at the office would gather around her instead of the water cooler, and socially she was always the life of the party. Little did she know this would serve as the beginnings of a comic in training. Her comedy debut came in 1993 at a talent show for a company picnic. With over 700 hundred people in the audience, she nearly passed out from the fear and excitement. She plowed through her five minute skit in just over 50 seconds. Even though she had rushed through her material like an auctioneer who needs to go to the restroom – the experience planted the comedy bug in her in a BIG way. She’d been told for most of her life that she should be a comic, however coming from a blue collar family, it never occurred to her that it might lead to a new profession. She appeared on Comedy Centrals Roast of Flavor Flav, and has performed at major clubs, professional conferences, colleges and for the troops .
